Let’s sing together – Chantons ensemble !

To all who love to sing, and to sing with others :

There will be a Christmas Sing-Along with Katharina Urbschat, choir director, and Irène Brisson, organist and pianist :

Saturday, December 10th at 2:30 p.m. at St Michael’s Anglican Church, 1800 chemin Saint-Louis.

Songs and poems will be in English and in French.

Admission is free; a goodwill offering will be appreciated.

C’est le titre d’un programme de chansons que nous voulions préparer pour la fin de l’année. Nous visons commencer avec les répétitions, sur internet ou en personne, au cours du mois de septembre.

In changing times….

We haven’t been meeting or rehearsing since last March. The program ‘Poems in Song’ has been postponed until the next Spring.

New program : ‘Poèmes en chansons – Poems in Song’

We have started rehearsing – come join us to sing songs from around the world : traditional, Folk, classic and contemporary !

There will be twelve rehearsals between February 20th and May 21st, 2020

Thursday evenings, 6.30 – 8.30 pm  (6.30 – 7.30 p.m. / rehearsal conducted in English, 7.30 – 8.30 p.m. / rehearsal conducted in French)

Place : Espace St Michael, 1800 chemin Saint-Louis, in Sillery

The fee is 80 $ for the complete session, or 8 $ per rehearsal.

Les répétitions de la saison 2020_1 ont commencé ! Nous allons chanter des chansons traditionnelles, Folk, classiques et contemporaines .

Heure : Les jeudi soirs de 18 h 30 à 20 h 30

(18 h 30 à 19 h 30 : répétition en anglais / 19 h 30 à 20 h 30 : répétition en français)

Lieu : Espace St Michael, 1800 chemin Saint-Louis, Sillery

Il y aura douze répétitions, entre le 20 février et le 21 mai 2020.

Le 7 décembre, on vous présentera des Chants de Noël de la Vieille Europe en francais, anglais, allemand, italien et islandais.
